Whistler, BC – Well after a couple weeks of sunny weather the snow has returned as it is dumping down as I write this. The skiing has been great with excellent conditions all over the mountain. Blackcomb Glacier was in top shape on Thursday with 3-5 cm of soft snow. Salmon Chutes and Don’t Stop were also quite nice. Spanky’s was also quite good. The new snow we are recieving should bring the trees back to primo shape
Anyone have a brush? Whistler BC – February 26, 2006
Whistler is also great. Low Roll Cornice, Hidden Chute and West Bowl were all choice. If you like big soft bumps then Whistler Bowl is the place for you. Crowds were down this weekend so there was minimal lift-lines.

Forecast is calling for 10 -15 cm but if I look out my window, that’s about has already fallen. The snow is falling a bit heavy in the village but skiing on the hill today, the snow was quite light. Freezing level is supposed to be around Olympic Station so we’ll see what happens.
Move over Turin, it’s Whisler in 2010.
